Education
I attended The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), majored in Bioengineering. I then attended Duke University and obtained my Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering. Currently, I am a fourth year medical student at The Commonwealth Medical College in Scranton, PA.
Experience
I have taught an after-school Chinese language program to Grades 1-4. Last summer, I participated as a medical staff member at an asthma overnight camp, educating children ages 6-13 living with and controlling their asthma. I currently tutor my classmates in medical school in anatomy and physiology. During medical school, I volunteer coach the varsity swimming and diving team at the University of Scranton; we have won the districts Coaching Staff of the Year award. I have also coached the Duke University swim team, the triathlon team, and taught swim lessons as well.
